New York: International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Capital Square Partners, a private equity firm investing in cross-border technology and business services, in the acquisition by its portfolio company, Movate, of TSD Global.TSD Global is a provider and manager of customer support programs and sales campaigns on behalf of some of the world’s largest companies. TSD Global is located in the United States, the Philippines and South Africa. Movate’s acquisition of TSD Global further expands its footprint into those geographies and aims to deepen its customer relationships.
