Sidley represented Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. in connection with the issuance and sale of 4,935,621 shares of common stock in a registered direct offering for estimated gross proceeds of approximately US$23 million. The shares were sold with a warrant to purchase one share of common stock exercisable six months after issuance and expiring seven years from the date of issuance.The deal team was led by Rob R.
