Kirkland & Ellis has advised Cinven on a public acquisition offer for all outstanding shares of SYNLAB AG.The Fifth Cinven Fund already owns approximately 43% of the SYNLAB shares and has entered into irrevocable undertakings and re-investment agreements with various shareholders of SYNLAB. The completion of the offer is subject to customary conditions, in particular regulatory approvals.
SYNLAB AG is one of the leading European clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services companies and is listed in the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
