Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has appointed Paul Seraganian as the Regional Practice Area Leader of its Tax, Pensions and Employment (TPE) practice in the Americas. Seraganian assumes the position on May 1, replacing David Moldenhauer, who is retiring from the partnership at the end of his term on April 30.
Seraganian, a partner with the firm since 2021, brings to this leadership role 22 years of extensive experience advising a broad range of clients across industries, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings.
