Allen & Overy (A&O) is pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume Isautier on April 3rd as a partner in its Corporate practice in Paris.
Guillaume will join A&O from Shearman & Sterling, where he has been a partner since 2011 and led the Paris M&A team between 2016 and 2022. He qualified over 22 years ago, and is widely recognised for his technical expertise and extensive experience in advising on both public and private M&A and private equity funds, and is considered to be a leading corporate partner in France.
