Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (Atlas) has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 18,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock (common stock) at US$18.00 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “AESI.” In addition, Atlas granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,700,000 shares of its common stock.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a corporate deal team led by Austin partner David Miller and Houston partner Monica White, with Houston associates Nathaniel Bass, Wole Oluborode and Rebekah Bingham.
