International law firm Clifford Chance advised four SPVs of Resi4Rent in connection with credit facilities granted by ING Bank Śląski up to a total maximum amount of PLN 355 million for the refinancing of the indebtedness of four real estate assets located in Łódź, Warsaw and Wrocław.
