Linklaters has advised the underwriters on the initial public offering on the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market of CAB Payments Holdings plc, a leading B2B cross-border payments and foreign exchange operator specialising in emerging markets.The offer price was £3.35 per share, resulting in a market capitalisation of approximately £851.4m and making this the biggest IPO in London so far this year.
The IPO will support CAB Payments in pursuing its strategy of delivering long-term sustainable growth and cementing its position as a payments and forex partner of choice for blue-chip customers transacting in emerging markets, allowing it to connect more people in traditionally hard-to-reach regions with global financial infrastructure, enhancing financial inclusion and strengthening local economies.
