Latham & Watkins Advises EMZ on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Aspire Education Group

Latham & Watkins LLP advised European Private Equity company EMZ Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Aspire Education Group, a leading education provider. In addition to EMZ, Co-CEOs Johannes Lampert and Udo Schelkes as well as further members of the management team of Aspire become significant shareholders in the Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
