Allen & Overy announces two senior appointments in Vietnam

Allen & Overy is pleased to announce the appointment of Tina LeDinh as Office Managing Partner for Vietnam, and Duc Tran as Senior Partner for Vietnam, effective 1 December. Tina succeeds Adam Moncrieff as part of the firm’s periodic leadership rotation. Adam, who has managed the office since 2012, will continue to focus on his practice in banking, project and structured finance and restructurings.

Allen & Overy is pleased to announce the appointment of Tina LeDinh as Office Managing Partner for Vietnam, and Duc Tran as Senior Partner for Vietnam, effective 1 December. Tina succeeds Adam Moncrieff as part of the firm’s periodic leadership rotation. Adam, who has managed the office since 2012, will continue to focus on his practice in banking, project and structured finance and restructurings.
Tina joined the firm in 2013, and has been a partner since 2019. Tina has 15 years of experience in Vietnam. She specialises in private and public cross-border M&A transactions and international capital markets, including listings by Vietnamese issuers in the U.S. Her practice spans sectors including consumer and retail, manufacturing, fintech, education and insurance. She has been named as Next Generation Partner in Corporate/M&A, and Capital Markets by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022 (Vietnam). In her new role, Tina will focus on strategically growing the Vietnam office, strengthening the connections in Vietnam and continuing to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Having joined the firm in 2013, Duc has over 25 years’ experience practicing law in Vietnam. He has long been recognized as one of the leading lawyers in Vietnam and has been ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific 2022 as a Band 1 lawyer for Projects, Infrastructure & Energy, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and Corporate/M&A in Vietnam. In his role as Senior Partner for Vietnam, Duc will work closely with partners to identify the firm’s growth strategy in ASEAN, including deepening its relationships with clients and key stakeholders in Vietnam.
